A large, detached, modern house located in the quiet, residential district of Ovacık, Fethiye, Ardıç Evi is surrounded by private gardens and has dramatic views of Babadağ mountain as well as panoramas across Ovacik valley.

Oludeniz also known as Blue Lagoon is one of the most popular holiday destinations of Turkey and Europe. Its unique sea and fantastic view makes the village popular and one of the most photographed beach of the world.

Midway between the colourful, lively town of Fethiye, the historic Kayaköy Valley and stunning Ölüdeniz Beach, all are an easy 10–15-minute drive by car. But there are also plentiful shops, restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance.
